Gramercy was launching a new development in a hip new area. They wanted something bright, modern with a warm summer flair that would appeal to first time home-buyers in a younger age group, without excluding potential older buyers. Developments are dime a dozen these days. So we added little touches like round cornered inserts and letterhead, as well as custom die-cut cards. The a floral line-art pattern was used throughout to add some classy detail.
