Pop’n Paws is a new Dog Grooming startup. All of the competition in the area have mediocre, ‘home made’ websites and/or lacklustre social content. We worked with the client to create a more sophisticated brand story. The owner has 18 years in the spa and aesthetics sector and as a result we saw an opportunity to position Pop’n Paws as a professional, but delightfully fun doggy spa, crafting a light-hearted and engaging, fun brand story. Why? Because dogs need pampering too. Right?

We developed a fun brand voice, in keeping with the owners personality. Copy is light hearted, but sincere and educational. We relied on beautiful photography of dogs to support the fun messaging, with the intent of always trying to melt the hearts of the doggy parents out there.

The website is a delight to explore, with fun, informative copy and imagery. There is an efficient booking calendar with automated email and text responses for users. Social content and a scheduling calendar was created with three communication pillars: brand awareness; before/after pics; and general grooming content. The support copy is always relatable, engaging and educational.

We created a detailed user guide for the client so they could take over the general day to day workings and communications. Apart from the website and social channel setup we also setup and optimized all Google services and information. We also had a hand in the in-store experience, suggesting a cucumber infused water station to refresh the pups when they arrived.

This brand turned out beautifully, and we have one more ecstatic client.
